Spicy Mince And Eggs With Chips

What You’ll Need

SERVES: 2 – 4 people
PREP TIME: 10 minutes
COOKING TIME: 25 minutes

  • 2 Tbsp. (30 ml) of Cooking Oil
  • 1 Onion, finely diced
  • 1 Tbsp. (5 ml) of Crushed Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) of Rajah Mild & Spicy Curry Powder
  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 500g of Beef Mince
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 ml) of Tomato Sauce
  • 4 Eggs, lightly beaten
  • Aromat Chilli Beef

How to do it

  1. Heat up the oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic until soft
  2. Add the curry powder and tomatoes and fry, stirring continuously
  3. Add the beef mince and fry until well browned then stir in the tomato sauce and season to taste
  4. Pour the beaten eggs over the mince and stir gently until cooked
  5. Divide the mince mixture up onto plates and season generously with Aromat Chilli Beef
  6. Serve with chips.
